    If there are Global Chinese Caesium users
    they should be part of final negotiations also.

    Also the recent Trip to China might indicate
    lots of different angles.

    Because Caesium is mainly found in Canada
    and few places in Africa our Position is strong .

    Update should be coming shortly.
