Hate to say it but chances of them ratifying and reseting the 15% limit at the next AGM is basically a given IMO .

They have ratified all previous share issue each and every AGM & GM from day one ... but whats more perplexing is the increase of 10% above and beyond the 15% annual cap rule that, time and again you shareholders vote 'YES' for ..... why?
... I sure as hell don't know

IMO ...... curtailing dilution is not high on the BOD's agenda Im afraid
