They manage to bring the company where is today with no capital rise .
They manage to buy the patents , and save all the oppies from extinction .
The elf program need someone to take care of from now on . If is an accountant , they don't do it for nothing Then any dollar ECT makes out of this , will be taxable . On top of it there is all the legal cost , and maybe insurance .
So don't think the interest rates are high . Keep in mind that if money is borrowed from bank , will be on a high interest , because there is NO SECURITY .
That means if ECT collapse , bank gets nothing .
