Newly released DDT announcement does not said who is lucky one to receive over 4mln fully paid shares, but as it describes this as a payment instead of Royalty - it is easy to find out the name of that persons in the Annual Report: there is only one employee of the company who entitled to any Royalties.
But what is interesting in this little piece of disinformation of the real reason to issue this new stack of shares, diluting further the shareholders' stakes without their consent - is the price they "fully paid" for new shares - $0.0070. This is, if my math is correct, not even match the current price 0.6c. It is less than 0.10 cent and at 0.07c DDT will be worth just over $500,000. That's how even the management value the company. Anyone to buy this skeleton ?
