After those all of the remaining options are far 'out of the money' either they'll expire avoiding dilution or the SP will have to near double to make the have any value - win win.
On a more serious note, the SP weakness is perplexing either this is a huge buying opportunity or there's a significantly worse outlook than we've been lead to believe.
