Im a little puzzled as to why theres no change in substantial holder notices and shorting data doesnt seem to explain this either. Bizarre!
As of last fin year report there were only two substantial holders, Rezos and a JP Morgan Nominees on behalf of. Unless there is someone else who's holdings are in different accounts that add up to more than 5%, only these two would need to provide a susbtantial holder notice.
