Someone did and they wouldn't give it to them. Personally I don't see this as necessarily bad. There may have been some tension in departure and you'll often see a departed director sell up and cut ties. For me I'm more interested in when these often largish selling orders will stop (whoever it is) and equilibrium restored. It's creating havoc on the share price.
