    Yep, that's pretty much what I calc'd too, before seeing your sums @Jacquie . It will cost SAU ~$900-950K in cash.
    Considering yesterday's announcement, I'm chuffed that I chose %100 shares for the DRP. No % drop in my stake of SAU.
