What was the SP when they were issued?
How many shares were on issue at the time and what the milestones were needed?
My guess is it was for getting the project to sign off on FID.
Less than 5% dilution by my very rough calcs is not to be sniffed at with a almost $600m MC. It does Seem very excessive, that's a crazy amount of shares and likel there could be more in the pipeline for first shipment of ore?
