1: 689.655 shares were issued @2.9c to "X" for consultancy services provided. There is no indication of who that consultant is, as GPP currently have a plethora of consultants doing work for them, it could possibly be a consultant working on the OHD project. It will be disclosed when the next quarterly is released.
2: 17,500, 000 shares where issued to GSM as per the approval of shareholders of the AGM held in January 2017, as part of the "earn in" phase 2 in agreement with GSM. As explained to ans25 previously, when issuing shares there has to be a $ amount attached.
