They are not options that have been issued, they are fully paid shares.
When issuing shares, there has to be a $ consideration attached, it will stem back to accounting practices.
We can all guess what or whom the payment of shares for consultancy service went to, it will show up in the quarterlies. GPP currently have engaged a plethora of consultants to do all sorts of work, the 689,655 shares issued at 2.9c per share puts a $ value of $20k on the work provided.
