    Maybe this is actually positive. ANW management needs working capital- but sales are on the way... So convert the note to tune of $150,000. That will not get them far if money is running low.
    The inference being that we are still on for sales.

    Also management might be testing these buggers out. Will they dump on market??

    Can ANW get better terms at this point or soon??
