Subject to obtaining shareholder approval for every two Shares issued one free option will be issued, exercisable at $0.06 within 12 months from the date of shareholder approval. On issue the Company will seek to list the options on ASX.
Options exercisable at 6c within 12 months, not particularly ambitious you'd have to think!
