From my understanding, an announcement to market of transfer has to occur before you own the shares and can trade, a bit like options. So the 3B on the 19th would mean that they had shares on the 20th to trade and so within the rules. I could be wrong, but seems how it works.
I agree, if that is how they wish to play it, better to be gone now.
I wonder if they used Shaw, as Amida pointed out as their way of selling. Who knows.
I should add, that it isn't certain that it is Arena selling, it could be the other one mentioned not so long ago, Andium as I recall, or maybe a bit of both.
Always fun, and given the Corporate Presentation this evening, even more interesting times ahead it would seem.
Looking forward to the auction, when all becomes very clear.
