We were under the impression they couldn't sell until yesterday, but if they hadn't sold till then we would have seen a disclosure..

There is no explicit restriction in the CN documents that states when they can/can't sell, but it does say they cant convert more than 50% of notes 1&2 until the 20th. My guess is that we have misinterpreted what was said at the EGM to mean they couldn't sell, when perhaps they were only referring to the rules around converting?
