Strange little move,why on earth would a shareholder ex some options in a company so long in suspension ?
Assuming they are not within the inner circle and if they were why so little .If a company is suspended can you still sell/transfer shares offline. as in selling to that other company they own that is not in a halt another odd set up imo.
