I think you are behind the eight ball. They already issued 6,703,911 shares totalling $1.2 mill. on the 4th Oct. 2017. This could have been the consideration for debt/equity finance. IE ASOF (very possible).
I think today was first bite at the cherry. 8,836,525 shares for the same amount. All approved., It seems strange that they issued shares twice for the same amount over this short period. I do not get it. You would think they could announce what the hell this is about. They must think all shareholders are like me and find out for themselves. Unbelievable.
Why did they not go for the $3 mill. is that all they want or is that all they could get.
