No, you can’t buy them, they are unlisted.
They were issued in consideration for advisory services rendered to ARV, and approved by shareholders in the last meeting. They are exercisable at 11c and .12c in 2018. ARV also disclosed in that ANN the existence of other unlisted Directors’ and Employees’ performance rights.
