    I agree with the above comments. The SP will be significantly higher if the MC reaches $270M. No doubt.

    but I believe there is a right way and a wrong way management should act. Also a right time and wrong time for announcements. This was the latter on all parts.

    Just don't always assume the management is acting in the shareholders best interest. True for all companies.
