Dump to who? There's barely 20mill offering to buy from 0.007 to current price.
It doesn't make sense to make a 100% profit on 0.05% of your holdings and be stuck with ~350mill shares at around the price you purchased them for
If anything, this will be pumped at least a couple of times before they get rid of them!
