I am not trying to offend anyone but my avg cost per VMT share is over 35 cents. This means that my highest cost is well above this level and dates back about 3-4 years---even prior to a 1 for 10 consolidation. It might be OK for some to be nonchalant about the issue of 2.9 million shares for NIL consideration to employees (and I don't begrudge the employees) but it does not sit well with me when I watch others, including Charles, receive X amount of shares for "NIL consideration" given that there has been NIL consideration to the company's shareholders and pretty damn nil performance on the company's or management's part over a time frame when they should have been raking it in.
Offense is not my motivation but sending a message might be.
