In my opinion, holder wouldn’t have exercised just to sell. When they stumped up the cash, heads price would probably have been around 1.0c as some stage over the past couple of weeks.
There was the real chance SP would have been less than the 0.8c by the time shares were issued, which doesn’t make much sense.
If I was concerned, I’d rather hold onto the cash and wait to see what happens.
