Long story short, risk is here if IAM don't secure a deal post trials, keep in mind you're looking at large returns in short term if they do.. look though historical announcement when the SP spikes due to good news, then Failing due to unkept deals etc. IMO only... check out historical announcements before investing.

Great thanks I see a lot of interest here and think the overall risk is minimal as I work in the financial planning industry myself. I have heard of this company through the grape vine with a lot of positive news. Thanks for your insight
