maoriori just described every small cap mining company in the world. They all have small teams where the MD/CEO does most of the work. That's the way it is. Many of them also operate in far flung regions of the world.
None of them pay such extreme salaries. It's basically unheard of. And guess what most of those companies actually do some work, drilling or studies or whatever.

if SJ is so great why not drill the heck out of it? RM is one year behind his own timelines. Lots of money spent on salaries, consultants, business class trips and rent but hardly anything spent on things mining exploration companies actually so.
