unlikely unfortunately. There was a reason why the company went down the route of trying to change the land from customary land to registered title. The need for an SAA and the horrendous infighting could be sidestepped. It was a great plan and a very elegant solution to a problem that has plagued the region for 25 years. Unfortunately that plan collapsed with the COA ruling and 21 month later it is again going nowhere.
