As a long term holder, I believe that most of the MGMT is good and the board is undergoing positive change.

Keep Dean Goodwin
Keep John Lester
Ditch the other NEDs and replace with experienced executives
Appoint a top quality CFO/Co-Sec who is passionate about proper corp governance
Lets see what unfolds in the new year
