Hi rick, I don't think your wrong I am just trying to understand the contracts. I was reading the Terms Sheet available on the Metals-tech website which includes a timeline for settlement and estimated time for allocation of the placement shares (5,000,000 - 15th Dec) which are in addition to cornerstone placement deal with Dynavolt and also the BCC contract.
