Just means that option holders have converted their options.
Pros: they give their money to WBT meaning we get a bit more cashed up
Cons: There are now more shares on issue, meaning your holding gets diluted. In this case the option holders are brokers who have a tendency to dump them to make a quick profit which may drag the price down in the short term. Looks like it is holding pretty well around 8c though which is good because someone is soaking them up.
