Hi Raggertooth, you need to read resolution 8 in full to see the way the company used the net asset position turnaround as a reason for the issue of 830m shares. The directors didn't even want shareholder approval reading between the lines.

So when the share price flew higher one business day after the directors issued the notice, did they renogotiate a fairer deal? Of course not.

When the soarcoins were suspended did the directors offer to reduce the number of shares they received (because the net assets are now possibly negative again)? No

I reckon they're in close contact with the Asian registry who will pump and dump at will so what's said on here is likely to have have minimal impact in the grand scheme of things.

I guess the company will be a sector trade and move in unison with other cryptos until further detail about the exchange is provided.
