I am fully aware of section 8. As well as 6 and 7. Also the fact that this is for non payment of salaries for a number of years.

This has been discussed and debated at length on this message board. We all had a chance to vote. Many of us made it very clear regarding our concerns to the board.

It makes no sense continuing this discussion as it will not change the current landscape.

Based on my recent intelligence, I will be holding my shares and furthering my investment in BPG when it comes back on to the market.
