I agree with you regarding the management should have held off on providing themselves the additional shares. I know that many of us voted against this.

However, there is light on the horizon. Based on communication that I had as of last week - the Exchange has not gone back to the drawing board. The exchange deployment has moved to the next stage of development as per the schedule.

Also we need to remember the relationship with Synstream Energy Corporation. No 'BS', I can not state how I know this, but I have it on very good authority that this is a positive relationship for BPG moving forward.....
