    Hi webral,

    please do not confuse the issuing of the shares with SOARCoin. The two have no relevance - I feel that your post is alarmist.

    SOARCoin is continuing to climb and based on my information, will be a good coin for a long term hold if you are into Crypto Currencies.

    We knew that these shares were coming based on the AGM.
    May be the gearing for BPG to come out of hold.
