Just to state the obvious, those Underwriter options, Resolution 1 of the upcoming Gen Mtg being voted on by shareholders, are currently worth $700,000 to Patersons. This is just the starting value, in coming months those options could potentially double or triple, to well in excess of millions of dollars!
We collectively as shareholders have say in whether those options should be issued to Patersons. From the very start, from when the terms of this cheaply priced rights issued was announced I've been loudly opposed to those Underwriter Options being given to Patersons. I hope ALL shareholders agree and Vote NO to Resolution 1!
We can make a difference this time.
Just remember, anyone who holds options, if Patersons get them for NIL outlay (and they already got Underwriter Fees in CASH), they can dump options and play the market price with shares and options. Why give them that control?
