    300,000 thousand shares issued from coversion of the 7.5c options.... soo000 roughly $42,000 @ 14c, as was the price on open, was put into the market today. So yes, dilution, is it bad, negligible. It would explain the sell down potentially as dumping 300,000 shares may have spooked the horses a little.
