Well, you got me.? I'd guess they wish to call it just a "very small unimportant detail" instead of a "major hurdle". My dad used to say "money talks - bullshit walks" so we'll see soon if it's BS or not. But like many have stated, there is room in the market for more than just one player so I believe they will both get a piece of the pie.
