Won't happen. Clearly, BFC are looking to spin BT out of their company into another (DDT) by way of a proposed merger - one could also call it a quasi 'backdoor' listing of BT.......
Makes sense, for BFC. Spin out/cut loose BT into another listed entity to go forth and grow, without the association issues of being part of of BFC.
As for DDT, well, what can one say. Squandered opportunities and now a shadow of its former self.
It will however be interesting to see if other (foreign) parties join the fray and propose another more lucrative 'merger/takeover' for DDT.
No guarantees regarding the proposed BT/DDT merger so lets see how she plays out.
I'm sure current DDT holders will be relieved just for some glimmer of positive news.
