When HAV raised recently they did the same thing as MNS appear to be doing now. Had a little issue raising it all at once and issued numerous 3B's and the SP hung around the issue price of 20c. A month or two later it's up nearly 50%. I stuck with HAV and am glad I did, I see no reason why MNS won't be in the same boat. Current MNS SP is an opportunity to buy - not sell.

As a HAV shareholder you would know then that they announced a rights issue shortfall, which is under different rules, and can be placed at discretion by the board. Therefore, not the “same thing” as has happened here with MNS at all.
