Disagree with you 100% Dexter. The poster raised concerns several days ago questioning why the 3B hadn't been released. How would you feel if you bought on Mon / Tues/ Wed on the understanding that the company had successfully raised $5m to give them so head room to cover short term operating costs and their share of investment - only to find out, based on current information, that the sophs didn't support the offer by using get out clauses. I personally would be pretty filthy if it is indeed the case that they only could raise $2.2m.

This has all the hallmark signs of something about to explode IMO...hope I'm wrong for shareholders though
