When management genuinely care about shareholders, gaining clarification is usually only a phone call away.

I spoke with management yesterday (I often do) and was assured that the full $5m CR was taken up (the market would have been informed if not). As has happened in past, it is simply coming in stages, with overseas funds currently in transit to fill out the remaining allotment with further 3b's coming.

Personally, I wouldn’t be surprised if the money is coming from Germany/and or NY, where investors are quicker to get the significance of cobalt and nickel free next gen batteries
