Well sorry but he didn't state what you have insinuated in that post or anywhere for that matter! He was pointing out the obvious at that point in time, based on the information at hand. He was also correct in pointing out why there was a delay in the 3B. There was also no indication from MNS about any shortfall or the reason for any delay, just an announcement (released after trade I might add) explaining that they couldn't release a cleansing notice and issue the shares due to their extended suspension in the last 12 months i.e. they cocked up! Furthermore the CR has yet to be completed in its entirety. Will be interesting to see when that occurs.
