What a pointless thread. A 3B cannot be issued until cash has been received and shares have been issued to the individual.

The original announcement stated successful capital raise. This meant commitments by individuals, companies or institutions to purchase those shares.

Magnis cannot issue those shares until funds are received. The argument is rediculous. Its like saying why issue a 3B with only half of someones options converted. The answer is because they have only converted half their options.

You cannot issue a 3B until the funds have been received. Leave it alone.
