I think you’re right re the cost sharing. Still don’t know the final cost for moving and reengineering though. Anyway, $2.5mUSD is around $3m AUD and therefore this capital raise won’t cover Magnis’ share. Like you said they’ll have to do another.

I alluded to the BEI thing the other day. They’re an investment house specializing in this area, and they wouldn’t come to the party with a measly $5 million? Or a share of it? Very curious indeed.
