    Keep in mind that these performance shares can be adjusted re dates as you can see in the notice

    It does not mean it’s gospel HX will be completed by Sept 30 or a house is built by Nov 18

    The board can adjust these notices as they see fit re the expiry date

    I suspect the CAT option deadline of June 30 will also be extended

    Point is these are just compliance notices which can be adjusted

    Good to know tho things look they are progressing
