What I am liking about Magnis is the first class or should that be world class management.

The only way they are moving is forward. Every week another box ticked. Sometimes two.

Unlike other companies Magnis management know their capabilities. Now without mentioning any names there is a certain graphite producer who had some machinery brake down recently. Is that bad management or bad luck? Bad design, wrong specified machinery? Same company tried to get a SGP up and running in Louisiana which got shot down. They are now looking elsewhere in Louisiana. IMO they will never get one up there and management just can not comprehend that the State does not want a acid leaching plant. It's not the 70's.

Like I said Magnis are the quiet achiever. In ten years time I will be reading these non holders pots to the grandchildren and telling the see what happens when you don't know what you are talking about.
