    Capital Raise 3B (5/3) $0.43m

    Less: Cash to Buy Equip -$2.5m
    Equity inv in CV4 -$2.66m
    Op Expenses 1Q-18 $1.4m (probably conservative)

    Balance $1.37m

    Time to start hoping the balance of the capital raising comes in - soon! Now also taken on a contingent liability of US$5.5m
