    PRL is a company where anyone with a stop loss ...that is a sell when the price goes a certain % below your buy price .. they would already have sold . see KBL for likely outcome?. I hope I am wrong. the company has just too many shares which need consolidating(they need to consolidate capital), so you will loose money here . if now is the time for the top20 to do anything it is now. lets hope for some better fortune.
