    The KBL is already in receivership than means in preparation for the funeral.

    PRL in intensive care ward with only 1.2m debt to driller and one well which already showed the oil.

    You must be blind not to see the difference.

    PRL is a possible total loss but still also potential opportunity.

    KBL is dead and just to be buried.
