The option money "had" to be in by 5pm yesterday (this 3B came out after that but may not have been the latest tally). If I were CTM of course I would want to include any monies straggling in after the bell, but is that allowed and so was that the final count?
I certainly hope that you are right as I myself sent the money in with a coupe of days to spare, not wanting to risk being left with nothing. I would have expected that there might only be about 20M (or less) left unconverted for whatever reasons.
We shall see - actually no big deal either way but it is a curiosity to me.
