Listing Rule 3.16.1 requires a listed entity to disclose a change to certain personnel only, including a director, chairperson, chief executive officer or company secretary. It is open to an entity to announce the resignation of personnel not referred to in Listing Rule 3.16.1

The directors according to the 2017 annual report comprise of.

• Martin Rowley
• Anthony Tse
• Jian-Nan Zhang
• Peter Bacchus
• John Turner

It would appear that the company is not required to make an announcent on who has ceased employment.
