Incentives should be ambitious not unobtainable. I work in an environment where nobody cares about delays, we get items shipped to Australia from all over the world but its my responsibility to make sure they are ordered, compliant and on site in time, no ifs no buts. If someone misses incentive's options in a publicly listed company thats tough. This attitude of kicking it down the road is what has us months behind the original timeline. People look at this and think it doesn't matter too much if I miss my target I will get it next time. A few less SOI would do no harm either
